What is it? A FREE short programme in Leadership that will include an introduction to what leadership is, a session with inspirational female migrant leaders working in the theatre industry, a workshop, as well as 1-to-1 mentoring.

Who is it for? 12 female/non-binary migrant theatre practitioners, based in the UK (anywhere in the UK). Practitioners who are at early stages of their journeys in leadership, or people who are simply curious to hear more about leadership.
